Flair Bar Skills Training

We offer Bar Staff training services from our in-house training facility in the West Midlands. We have a choice of packages including Cocktail training courses.

The Mint Bar Training programme was launched in early 2015 with aim to upskill bar staff and bar teams around the country. We have worked with a number of bars, restaurants and hotels around the country providing them tailor made packages to suit their needs.

With bar spend increasing year upon year, it is important that bars, restaurants and hotels have staff with the specific skills to deliver a professional bar service.  That’s where our Bar Consultancy programme comes in.  The programme focuses on a number of different areas essential for a successful and vibrant bar experience such as:

The programme has taken us months to develop and has been created by our team of industry experts.
